At work, I gain organizational alignment on a shared vision. Then, deliver creative digital solutions that solve real business problems. Products I deliver earn a profit, delight customers, and receive brand loyalty at every touchpoint. I'm able to deliver the vision consistently because I'm committed to building programs cognizant of the needs of people, processes, and technology affected by product and service roadmaps. I partner with the program leaders on change management in parallel with product evolution and let proven processes guide a product development lifecycle. Along the journey, I enjoy working alongside experienced leaders, multi-disciplinary teams, key partners, promoters, investors, and subject matter experts who are essential to realizing product vision and goals. Through it all, I build cultures that rally around valued brand customers ---- ruthlessly serving their needs every day and at every brand and product interaction.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, I enjoy business consulting, volunteering as a coach for youth girls volleyball (1st-8th grade), serving at Frisco Bible Church, volunteering on my neighborhood social committee, giving time to my children's schools, and supporting several not-for-profit entities whose values align with my own.
